One of the main manufacturing process at BMPL is Roll Forming. Roll forming is a process whereby a steel coil is fed through a series of roll stands to progressively change the shape of flat steel sheet into a shaped panel/profile. Roll forming increases the yield and tensile strength of the steel as a result of cold working. Key Features of Profiling Standard of BMPL 1. Processed through 24 Roll Stands which protects paint undercutting and its properties. 2. Continious checking of Liner Marking, Thickness & Paint surface during production.
